Since 1995, the Ronelle J. McGraw Multipurpose Center has been a trusted nonprofit organization based in Pierce County, Washington, dedicated to equipping youth with the emotional, practical, and creative tools they need to thrive in life and leadership.

We believe every young person deserves a safe space to grow — to heal, to learn, and to discover who they are and what they’re capable of becoming. Through mentorship, culturally relevant support, and access to transformative programs, we are nurturing the next generation of confident, resilient, purpose-driven leaders.

Youth Emotional Wellness
We create safe, stigma-free spaces where youth can heal, build resilience, and grow in emotional intelligence. Through culturally relevant support, we help them break cycles, cope, and thrive.
Transition Readiness & Life Skills
Our Transition Readiness program equips youth with real-world skills—from finances to conflict resolution—so they can lead, not just survive.

OUR FOUNDER
Ronelle J. McGraw, Sr.
Ronelle J. McGraw, Sr. was a beloved father, pastor, and community leader whose life embodied service, compassion, and purpose. He dedicated himself to seeing the potential in every young person and worked tirelessly to create spaces where that potential could be nurtured and realized.

Whether he was counseling a family, mentoring a young man, or simply offering a listening ear, Pastor McGraw carried a heart for people—especially for those overlooked, underserved, or in transition. He believed in second chances, in healing through faith, and in the power of community to change lives.

His legacy is the very foundation of this center. The Ronelle J. McGraw Multipurpose Center stands today as a reflection of his unwavering commitment to youth development, emotional wellness, and personal growth. His vision continues to guide our work as we carry forward his mission: to ensure every young person knows they are seen, valued, and equipped to walk boldly in their purpose.
